Kristin Bone’s Leadership from Healthcare to Storytelling

In today’s dynamic business world, a multi-dimensional expert like Kristin Bone is rare. With years of experience in healthcare and independent filmmaking, her leadership journey is truly inspiring. Alongside a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washburn University and an MBA from the University of Saint Mary, her academic background shapes her in-depth expertise and strong leadership.

As a registered nurse and nursing supervisor across different healthcare environments, from psychiatric units to emergency departments, Kristin is an expert when it comes to leading through demanding situations. She even joined travel nursing during the COVID-19 pandemic, reflecting her dedication to lead with a people-centric approach.

Not limiting herself to these roles, Kristin even serves on the Advisory Council for the Customer Experience Certificate Program at Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business, alongside being a Global Advisory Board Member of the Fortuna Business Council.

Beyond her contributions in healthcare and business leadership, Kristin brings an equal passion for her creative endeavours. As an independent film producer and an actress, her works often explore topics across family, mental health, and the fentanyl crisis. Through her unique storytelling and resilience, Kristin guides independent productions to see the light, even when budgets are tight.

Recognising her contributions as a visionary leader, she has been honoured with multiple awards and accolades, including “Transformational Leader of the Year” by White Page International in 2025. In addition to this, she has even been listed among the Global 200 Women Power Leaders and the Brainz 500 Global list.

Be it in the healthcare space, on a film set, or on an advisory board, her purpose-driven leadership in each role is what makes her stand apart from the rest. With a vision to make a positive difference, Kristin Bone’s journey highlights how her willingness to take responsibility and help people has always remained the same.
