The media industry has been going through rapid transformations over the last few decades, and leaders like Diji Shujahi are actively shaping such changes. As an influential voice in the field for the last 30 years, her expertise across public relations, marketing, hosting, and media is unmatched. From hosting television shows to government events, her passion for the stage developed from quite a young age.
Throughout her career, Diji has led senior leadership roles across major organizations, including the UAE Military Headquarters. After spending over 15 years as a geospatial engineer, she switched to her true calling: “media and entrepreneurship.”
Currently leading as the CEO of PinnacleMena Group, Diji has been playing a crucial role in managing the production of large-scale international events and original media content. Parallel to this, she is also the CEO of Urban A2Z, which is committed to ethical media and creating positive role models for the next era of the industry. Parallel to these, she also leads a global media portfolio spanning 8 companies, with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Philippines, India, Nigeria, and Jordan.
Also earning a name as an author, she published her first book in 2020, “Leveling UP: During a Pandemic.” The book offers a glimpse of her insights and practical solutions to empower every woman through the challenging phases of life. Her podcast and community, “Business Best Friends,” carries out insightful conversations with industry experts and entrepreneurs, discussing all that comes with the journey.
Working on brands, including eGameUnity, Urban A2Z Lifestyle, Fun Public Speaking Community (FPSC), and YxO TV show, is a reflection of her support to businesses which are committed to ethical media and creating positive role models for the next era of the industry.
