Building Wealth with Purpose and Empowering Women Along the Way

“Success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally, it comes from what you do consistently.”

For Dina Tahboub, wealth management is not just about numbers or portfolios. It is about trust, relationships, and creating long-term financial clarity for individuals navigating complex global markets. With over two decades of experience across leading international banks, she has built a career defined by consistency, resilience, and a deep commitment to people.

Dina’s journey began with a clear passion for finance, business, and entrepreneurship. Raised between Saudi Arabia and Jordan, she was shaped early on by a strong foundation of encouragement and belief. Her mother’s emphasis on education and culture, combined with her father’s unwavering support, instilled in her the confidence to pursue independence and success on her own terms.

At just 20, immediately after graduating in Economics from the University of Jordan, she stepped into the professional world with HSBC as a Personal Financial Advisor. As the youngest member of her team, she demonstrated early on a drive that would define her career.

Her trajectory continued upward with Standard Chartered Bank, where she spent eight formative years across Amman, Dubai, Qatar, and Bahrain. During this time, she refined her expertise in wealth management, expanded her global perspective, and built a strong network within the financial ecosystem.

A significant leadership milestone came when she joined Société Générale in Jordan as Head of Private Banking. In this role, Dina managed cross-border business development spanning the Middle East and key European financial hubs including Geneva, Luxembourg, Paris, London, and Monaco. This phase not only deepened her exposure to global financial markets but also strengthened her strategic leadership capabilities.

Her connection with Switzerland began during a visit to Geneva in 2016, a moment that would redefine her path. A year later, UBS offered her the opportunity to work as a Wealth Manager for Middle Eastern clients, alongside a role as an ambassador for women in finance. By 2018, she had relocated to Geneva, stepping fully into what she describes as living her dream.

In 2022, Dina took a bold step toward entrepreneurship by joining Woodman Asset Management. This move allowed her greater independence and flexibility, reinforcing her belief in taking ownership of one’s professional journey.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dina is deeply committed to women’s empowerment, particularly in financial literacy and independence. Through her work, she has actively educated women in the Middle East on managing assets, making informed investment decisions, and building confidence in financial ownership. Her advocacy reflects a broader mission: enabling women to take control of their financial futures.

She is also a member of Women for Women International, where she continues to draw inspiration from global stories of resilience and leadership.

Dina’s philosophy is rooted in continuous growth, gratitude, and purpose. Whether managing high-value portfolios or mentoring women to step into financial confidence, she brings the same passion and authenticity to every aspect of her work.

Her advice is simple yet powerful: dream big, stay consistent, and never stop until you are proud of who you have become.
