With over 30+ years of experience in Strategic, Entrepreneurial, and Analytical roles, Rachana has a demonstrated history of consistent success in achieving revenue, profit, and market growth objectives. With a strong expertise in leading successful teams, she started her career path building one of the world’s largest e-learning companies, and continues to bring innovative solutions in the tech landscape. 

Completing a Master’s in Business Administration, with specialization in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, has helped Rachana to develop a strong foundation in the field. She has even completed her Leadership training at Harvard, and being a Certified Master Trainer from the Association of Talent Development, New York, Rachana extensively uses her Learning and Development skills blended with her operations expertise in her day-to-day functions as a founder and CEO. 

Rachana strongly advocates women’s empowerment, being a part of the Women’s Entrepreneur Forum Program at Harvard, and winning the Woman Entrepreneur award; she tries to inculcate the same spirit in all her teams.
