As the Managing Director of Très Versatile (formerly Versatile Consultancy), she has built one of the most recognized HR powerhouses in the region, with partners in 52 countries. Her work spans talent acquisition, strategic HR solutions, and building global networks that bring businesses and people together.
Along with leading Très Versatile, Deeksha wears many hats. She is a founding member of Très Versatile, a management and business consulting firm that helps organizations improve operations and create sustainable growth. Her entrepreneurial portfolio includes roles as a partner at IPTER, BNI Growth Director for Dubai, Co-Founder of Tilla-et-Noor (A brand of Atelier), and Recruitment Director at Red Elephants Reps. She is also the founder of Hospitality Hub, a restaurant support association, and a strategic partner with Coffeee.io.
Deeksha’s professional journey began in finance. She holds an ACCA qualification, a diploma from the London School of Economics, and an undergraduate degree in finance and accountancy. Despite her academic background, her first business was not in finance but in recruitment, a move that set the tone for her career as a builder of people-focused enterprises. Today, her expertise combines business strategy, operations, and networking to help businesses find the right growth trajectory across industries like F&B, healthcare, and technology.
Her mission extends beyond business. As a mentor with UN Women, Deeksha has guided female entrepreneurs through the early stages of their ventures, helping them turn ideas into reality. She is committed to empowering women globally, especially those from India, Japan, and other regions, to take bold steps in entrepreneurship. As President of BNI in the Middle East, she promotes networking as a tool for business growth, believing strongly in her vision: “It’s a world of collaboration, not competition.” She also focuses on expanding professional networks and creating collaborative opportunities that allow businesses to grow sustainably.
Deeksha has also made a remarkable impact on the hospitality sector. During the pandemic, she curated the biggest and longest-running support group for restaurant owners in the region. Now in its fifth year, this community has grown into one of the largest platforms in the industry, bringing together over 400 owners representing more than 2,000 restaurants. This initiative highlights her ability to unite and sustain businesses during challenging times. She sees collaboration as the way forward and lives by core values like self-belief, shared success, and the idea that together, we are stronger.
Today, Deeksha continues to inspire entrepreneurs and businesses to think beyond competition and focus on building connections. Her work in HR, F&B, healthcare, and networking reflects one clear principle: when people come together with trust and purpose, growth follows.
