Cindy Van Pollaert | Bridging Barriers with the Art of Storytelling

A seasoned international event leader, Cindy Van Pollaert is the Happiness Manager at 555 Global Live Experience, renowned for its high-impact productions across the Middle East, Europe, and beyond. With a background that spans tourism, politics, and live entertainment, Cindy brings a rare combination of operational excellence, cultural empathy, and people-first leadership to the world of events. Her career began in Belgium, where she worked in the Flemish Parliament before trading structured halls for stadiums, festivals, and cultural ceremonies.

Since 2021, Cindy has been actively shaping live experiences in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with a deep passion for cross-cultural storytelling, emotional connection, and team well-being. What truly sets her apart is her belief in the power of human connection. Whether coordinating opening ceremonies for global events, creating immersive fan experiences, or simply checking in with her international crew, Cindy ensures people always come first.

Parallelly, Cindy is also the founder of Min Al Qalb (“From the Heart”), a storytelling initiative that celebrates the strength, wisdom, and individuality of women in the Middle East. It’s a platform honoring different cultures, especially the incredible stories of women in the Middle East and beyond, to build bridges of understanding and empowerment. “Empowerment begins the moment a woman believes her story is worth telling,” Cindy reflects.

Through real portraits, quotes, and personal moments, Cindy brings visibility to women whose stories often go unheard. The recently launched website of Min Al Qalb, is the next step in giving this project global wings. Cindy lives in the UAE, never loses touch with Belgium, and continues to be an advocate for resilience, cultural curiosity, and inclusive leadership. Cindy Van Pollaert’s work is a reminder that the most unforgettable moments don’t just happen on stage, they live in the hearts of the people who create them.
