Zoe Kennedy on Celebrating Emirati Women’s Day with Optimism and Pride

A passionate leader in the education and creative sectors, Zoe Kennedy has spent over two decades leading across diverse roles. Since her beginnings in grassroots youth work at the age of 14, Zoe has been dedicated to creating frameworks that ensure technology serves the most vulnerable among us. Her academic journey through the University of Glasgow and Oxford University Saïd Business School has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to advocate for neurodiverse individuals and empower communities globally.

Currently she leads the CEO of both Customised Colouring Global, and The Hero Squad, empowering people towards personal development and growth. Having implemented impactful frameworks across different organizations, Zoe is particularly committed to transforming lives in war-torn regions and third-world nations. 

Her dedication has been recognized with the Women in Education Excellence Award and features such as the cover of Global Publicist 24 as A Visionary Businesswoman Shaping the Future of 2026. Being recognised as one of the Top 10 Emirati Women to Watch in 2026 is an honour that is humbling and motivating for Zoe to continue building bridges between advanced technology and humanitarian efforts. Her journey as a tech-humanitarian and socio-economic strategist is deeply rooted in the spirit of innovation and compassion that defines the Emirates. 

Balancing her international commitments with home-educating my son, who was born with brain damage, has taught Zoe that true leadership begins with personal commitment to human equity. 

Reflecting on the Emirati Women’s Day, Zoe states, “As a proud daughter of Dubai, this Emirati Women’s Day fills me with immense pride and optimism. It’s a celebration of the incredible contributions and achievements of Emirati women who are constantly pushing boundaries and pioneering new paths across all sectors.
